  • The Lemon Reps has not agreed to represent you merely because documents have been submitted.
  • No attorney-client relationship exists unless and until:
    1. The Lemon Reps completes its review of your matter;
    2. The Lemon Reps affirmatively agrees to represent you;
    3. A written retainer or engagement agreement is provided;
    4. You sign the agreement; and
    5. The agreement is countersigned by an authorized representative of The Lemon Reps.

Until all of those events occur, you are not a client of The Lemon Reps and should not assume that the firm represents you in any capacity.
